Tier One
1st Skill: Sleight of Hand -- With exceptionally fine motor skills and technique, Sebastian is unmatched in close combat, able to disarm opponents with a few simple motions, and deflect attacks with his bare hands.
2nd Skill: Killer Instincts -- Sebastian's sixth sense makes him aware of any immediate and unseen danger  to his allies, and allows him to react to it on impulse.
3rd Skill: Dragon Eye -- The hand is quicker than the eye? Sebastian would like to disagree. He is able to keep track of everything within his vision with little motion blur. This includes his peripheral vision.
4th Skill: Time Heals All Wounds -- Any injuries on Sebastian are healed at an alarmingly high rate.
5th Skill: Aura Immunity -- Sebastian isn't affected by auras
