Gunslinger Tech
Base Ability: Nano Regeneration -- Rose heals moderately per post, and her wounds automatically closes up. This also destroys foreign contaminants, rendering poisons, parasites, venoms, and other similar things ineffective.
Base Ability Cool Down: Passive
Tier One
1st Skill: Isolated Presence -- Auras cannot affect her.
2nd Skill: Event Barrier -- Cannot be targeted. This extends to all her equipment.
3rd Skill: Reflexes -- Rose can react to stimuli three times faster than people with the same speed tier as her.
4th Skill: Calculated -- She is capable of bouncing her bullets around and still hit her targets. Bullets don't lose speed when ricocheted.
5th Skill: Sweet Spot -- Trained in hand to hand combat, she is able to hit specific nerves without trouble. Each melee attack that she lands does double damage and has a slight chance of disabling an opponent's limbs.
Tier Two
1st Skill: Bullet Conversion -- When toggled, rings appear in front of her weapons. When her projectiles pass through these rings, their properties (such as weight, material, and shape) can be changed according to what she wants, while still retaining their velocity.
2nd Skill: Phantom -- Rose's own bullets phase through her.
3rd Skill: Silent Assassin -- Supernatural or magical senses cannot detect Rose.
4th Skill: Accelerator -- Toggled. Guns are aided by electromagnetism, effectively tripling their muzzle speed and destructiveness.
Tier Three
1st Skill: Event Horizon -- A 10-meter to 50-meter area is covered by an impenetrable spatial bubble that can be contracted and expanded at will to its minimum and maximum area. Essentially an inert forcefield. Enemies outside the bubble cannot teleport inside the area nor can they teleport outside if their within the bubble, while allies can wa;lk and teleport in and out at their leisure. Abilities are also confined in their respective sides. Can last for up to 5 posts. Cooldown: Number of posts active.
2nd Skill: Lockdown Bypass -- Rose cannot be affected by any form of crowd control.
3rd Skill: Spacial Lockdown -- An area of up to 100 meters is plunged into timeless space, putting all activity within into stasis. After the initial cast, anyone can walk freely around in the area. Allies are spared of the effect. Can last for up to 3 posts. Cooldown: 4 posts.

Actually phantom denied that is not within the abilities of tier two

Reflexes -- I changed it so she reacts 3 times faster than people with equal speed. I believe it's below a whole tier increase?
Phantom -- Removed the part with on-contact abilities since I think that was the problem. It now just keeps her from accidentally shooting herself.
