Effect: A whisper sends ripples of fear through those the user can perceive and desires to affect. One person of choice has a small fear amplified and rebounded off the others affected, causing low-level hysteria. All senses of the afflicted are manipulated to perceive that fear as an immediate, shared reality (if a fear of spiders was rebounded, those affected would find spiders all around them and to act as if they also had a fear of spiders).
