Spacial Awareness
Extend/Contract: The most basic application of spacial magic, Rience is capable of adding or subtracting fifteen feet of space between himself and all targets around him. This can be done at any time, and lasts for three posts before the space changed snaps back to normal.
Base Ability Cool Down: 5 posts
Tier One
Space:Not:In its Place: Rience is capable of instantaneously warping to any location he can see or has been to. (Cooldown: 2 posts)
Warp Snipe: Rience is capable of targeting an item based projectile and warping it to any location within a fifteen foot radius of himself. (Cooldown: 3 posts)
Crushing Force: All of Riences physical attacks now deal slight gravity crush damage.
Let my Words Speak for Themselves: Rience is Immune to the effects of Silence.
Cosmic Pull: Rience Can manifest or summon all of his synthesized items onto his body or to his location.
Tier Two
With Vacuum Force: Rience is capable of targeting a 10 foot by ten foot area, in which a vacuum is created, removing all oxygen in that area for the duration of the ability, while also dealing moderate damage for every post an organism is caught within it. (Cooldown: 10 posts) (Duration: 5 posts)
Without My Say: Due to increased affinity with the manipulation of space, Rience is able to create a minor event horizon, solidifying the space directly in front of him into a solid, translucent mass. This barrier lasts for one post before going on cooldown. (Cooldown: 3 posts)
Cosmic Flow: Rience now has access to an extra twenty five points of mana per character tier
I:Shall:Advance: Rience is now capable of warping twice per use of Space:Not:In It's place.

Remove that stipulation from Warp SnipeThis can only be done against projectiles of his tier or lower-when applicable.
Crushing Force will only be able to add slight damage.

Without My Say - For how long are they trapped? Couldn't they escape by moving their body's to float out of the space?

Without My Say - I don't see zero gravity being able to trap anyone considering whether a higher tier than you or not, they can still move their bodies in zero gravity.. Just going to suggest maybe that it would make gravity stronger, pinning opponents to the ground so long as their END is under 1 tier higher than your character.

You may change S:N:I:I:P to any place you can see/have been. You can lower the cool-down to 2 posts.
Or you can have I.S.A be a more effective version of the skill, allowing you to teleport two times per post with a 3 post cool-down. I wouldn't suggest having both, but if you do those are the parameters they fall under.
Warp Snipe you can make it so you target a projectile, and warp it. You'd need limitations on the where you warped it, not targeting it. If you describe what you'd like to accomplish with it, it'd help me get a scope of the ability.
Cosmic flow would be better if you changed it to, "For every character tier, Rience gains 20 MP."
If you make it T2, you can get 25 MP per character tier. By switching it with your immunity to silence, you can capitalize on having more MP.
If you were to double gravity, depending on their strength, they would not be pinned. For example, if I have T3 strength, and weight 200 pounds, me being 400 pounds is a negligible difference.
Remove the aspect where you control their reaction, as it is RP intensive. Also, I don't know how I feel about doubling gravity this early on. Mind handling the rest of the abilities while I sit on it?
Also, I'd suggest looking at Shirou's Art of Creation skill tree for some Space inspiration, should you cut down on skills.

Keep in mind Warp Snipe is only on items, not spells or the like. Reduce the cool-down to 3 posts.
You do realize, people can just walk out the vacuum, correct? Just making sure before you commit.
Barriers have their own meta rules that you'd need to follow. They only last one post, and I believe at T2 they only block up to 100 MP, meaning anything beyond that would break the barrier. Unless you're only creating a physical barrier?

Edits made, I also dropped the cooldown for the barrier from four posts to three, and yes, I do realize this.
