These would be my stats after applying the change.

STR ~ 3 / 2 = 1.5 = 2
END ~ 4 / 2 = 2
MAG ~ 18 / 2 = 9
SPD ~ 11 / 2 = 5.5 = 6
AGL ~ 11 /2 =5.5 = 6
Total = 25

Here is my redone stats with the additional 11pts, totaling to 36pts.

I would like to add +1 to SPD, making it's total 7 SP and a tier 4 stat if I looked at things correctly.

And that would also give me an overall total of 37 SP and bump my Character Tier to T4.

Having won first place in the tournament and receiving tripled points, I get 15 points to allocate, plus another two from the celebration of the tournament completion. So seventeen altogether. However, I only need seven more points to become T5, and so here's what I have decided to make my stats with the points I'm allowed:
