Illusionist of Consacra
Illusionist of Consacra: The Jerdic linage is infamous for those who practice the forbidden arts of necromancy as well as their formidable evokers and illusionists. Dominik has chosen to primarily focus on the school of Illusion. With each successful Illusion spell Dominik casts on the opponent, 1 stack of Dissociation is put on the opponent with the Maximum of 15 stacks. Dissociation lowers the opponent’s capability to separate reality from illusion, causing their Damage Resistance to lower slightly per stack placed on them. Dominik is capable of lifting stacks of Dissociation from the opponent by casting powerful Illusions indicated by the Ability/Skill description.
Base Ability Cool Down: Passive
Tier One
Zentrum Sien: The True Jer are blessed with the eyes of the death god, Verfluen. This allows Dominik to identify the elemental affinities of his opponent.
Phantasmal Image: Dominik creates an illusionary mirror image of himself. This mirror image does nothing but make movements such as walking and approaching the opponent in an intimidating manner. This image creates an aura of Fear, intensifying as it gets closer to the opponent. This image lasts for 2 posts. Cool Down: 3 posts.
Practitioner of Magic: Dominik is highly trained in the arts of Magic, increasing his MP by 25MP per character tier.
Fake Spell: Dominik casts a fake attacking spell, completely identical in appearance to the one he is mimicking. When this spell hits it does no damage, has no lasting effect, and costs no MP. Cool Down: 3 posts
Enigma: For every post the opponent is within 5ft of Dominik, 1 stack of Dissociation is added to the opponent.
Tier Two
Hallucinate: Lifting 5 stacks of Dissociation, Dominik causes the opponent to hallucinate, greatly distorting the environment and people around him/her. While in this state, the opponent’s balance is thrown off, making it near impossible to land a hit on a vital area. This state lasts for 3 posts. Cool Down: 4 posts.
Out of Mind, Out of Sight: Lifting 8 stacks of Dissociation, Dominik casts a subtle Illusion on the opponent that removes him from their subconscious, rendering himself completely invisible to the target alone. This state lasts for 3 posts. Cool Down: 5 posts.
Necrotic Surge: A basic necromantic spell. In exchange for a portion of his own life, Dominik can regain MP. Each time this skill is used, Dominik loses a moderate portion of his health in exchange for 50MP but Dominik can still die from using this skill one to many times. Cool Down: 2 posts.
Phantasmal Image | Nightmare: Lifting 12 stacks of Dissociation from the opponent and while Phantasmal Image is active, Dominik can “detonate” his Phantasmal image. Within 5ft of the Phantasmal Image, an aura of intense Fear is placed on the opponent, putting them in a state of Panic and forcing them to drop their held weapon. This destroys the Phantasmal Image. Cool Down: 15 posts.

For Blink: Teleportation is an advanced skill, and as it current;y is described is only feasible with the space element. It can not exist as a Tier One ability.
For Blur: It's very likely that a person can still hit you (since despite being blurry you are not invisible nor is visibility drastically reduced of your core and center of mass) but being blurred means its easier to conceive that they would miss a vital spot. Please state as such.

At tier two, you can gain up to 50 MP.
I should not that any effects meant to tamper with a person's mental state are not guaranteed to occur in the same manner you think. A person might not have the ability to become afraid, for example, or might already be terrified and fighting in spite of that.

Made a few edits. I decided to make a few things more straight forward and added Necrotic Surge

Such Poor Execution: Unfortunately, you'd need to have the Moon element if you want to see through a person's illusion.
