Ability Name: MP Mambo
Ability Type: Dance | Offensive
Ability Cost: 35 MP
Ability Cooldown: 5 post
Ability Element: Wind | Moon
Ability Description: A dance that creates a small, glowing seal upon allies where magic is most commonly used – such as a hand or one's forehead. This seal creates a link between Tsumiko and the beneficiaries which allows her to share her MP with them. Should the affected allies choose to, Tsumiko may also use the MP of marked allies.
