Looking for Assistance!

I'm working on a project that popped in my head a few days ago. I have the majority of the systems done, however I need currently:

-GFXer for site design.
-Someone to assist me with the competitive components of the system as I am experimenting with something REALLY different. I don't want to make a crappy supplement for competitive fighting because it is inevitable to have competitive battles.
-Someone to assist with setting up the geological aspects of the world within.

This is an Original Creation, themed after nothing but an inspired idea of mine. For those interested, please contact me via PM so I can give you my skype. I don't want to discuss it on site, as it is an off-site project. I can detail as to what it is in private because it's not ready for actual advertisement. It is a development process that I've already done most of the work for, due to the nature of the concepts. I just need a few small things, really. I'm stumped at how to use stats, just not how to progress them and the powers a character may have.

Of course, it's an experiment and if it works out I'll post a proper advertisement. The help I need is only temporary, so those that finish helping me can happily leave and return to comfort so you aren't stressed by commitment.
