Base Ability
Generator - The user naturally creates electricity in his body over time via physical activity or adrenal glands. Each post the user is physically active (including fighting) or has adrenaline pumping through their body, they create a 1% electrical charge in their body. For the purpose of this enchantment, each 1% that the charge equals, the user gets a 1% boost in Strength and Agility. Each post that the user is not active, they lose 1% of this charge. The electrical charge caps at 100%.

Tier One

1st Skill
Damage Draw - Each time the user is damaged, he gains a 1% electrical charge.

2nd Skill
Echo Draw - The user can see the electric activity in Somebody minds and bodies as a cyan glow, allowing him to see them through darkness or other, non-solid obstructions.

3rd Skill
Defensive Draw - The user's endurance minor-moderately increases for each 25% electric charge he holds.

4th Skill
Charge - By staying stationary for a single posts, Hugh gains a 5% charge. When Charging, he does not lose any electrical charge for inaction. Hugh can do any action that does not move him from where he is standing.

5th Skill
Electra Block - The user may expend 1% charge to create a film of electrical energy around him that lasts one post. It can completely stop any one (1) nonmagical attack before dissipating. This ability may stack, and he does not lose any electrical charge for inaction. Any physical attack that hits the film gets pushed downwards with a moderate force, which multiplies in strength for each 1% expended on the film. After the post he uses Electra Block, he must wait two posts before initiating the skill again.




Tier Two

1st Skill
Speed Draw - For each increment of 25% electrical charge Hugh holds, he gets a moderate speed increase.

2nd Skill
Mana Shift - At any time, Hugh can substitute any amount of MP for a spell he is going to cast by expending 1% of his electrical charge. Each 1% equals 1 MP, and any spell cast with this ability is instead treated as if it were a supernatural ability (therefore not subject to anti-magic fields and silencing effects).

3rd Skill
Echo Engine - The user restores a minor amount of damage each post for each 25% charge the user has. He is also healed by a moderate amount of damage on a post where he is 'charging', and an additional moderate amount on a post he is 'surging'.

4th Skill
Surge - If the user 'Charges' for 3 posts consecutively, he gains a 35% charge in addition to the 15% charge he already gained for the three posts, and he does not lose any electrical charge for inaction.




Tier Three

1st Skill
Increased Capacity - Maximum Electrical Charge is increased by 100%.

2nd Skill
More Voltage - Each of Hugh's attacks deal additional electrical damage, directly related to how much electrical charge 'Generator' has accumulated. At 100%, it deals as much damage as a character with T5 Strength would deal with an average strike, scaling down dependent on how much electrical charge is actually held. (33% would deal one-third of that damage, and so on).

3rd Skill
Siphon - The user's mana pool is 'magnetized'; each time he or a lightning spell comes in contact with a spell or person, he removes 10MP from the touched one and receives it. Any mana excess his maximum is converted to electrical charge on a 1 to 1 basis. If the touched one has no mana to be received, or the user wishes to deal damage, he instead deals a large amount of electrical damage.




Tier Four

1st Skill
Drain - The user's drive points are 'magnetized'; each time he or a lightning spell comes in contact with a summon or person, he removes 1DP from the touched one and receives it. Any points excess his maximum are converted to electrical charge on a 1 (DP) to 10 (Charge) basis. If the touched one has no drive points to be received, or the user wishes to deal damage, he instead deals a very large amount of electrical damage.

2nd Skill
Transmogrification - At will, Hugh can transform himself into natural Lightning for a duration of 3 posts, split into any interval of time he desires (min. 1 post). The user must wait nine (9) posts before entering. Each 50% charge he spends before using the skill reduces the waiting period by three (3) posts.





Tier Five

1st Skill
Storm Rage - Due to Hugh's extreme connection with the element, Hugh can create natural lightning from his body at will and manipulate it with perfect control. He can focus this ability into a dense form of plasma as a solid or liquid.

At Tier Two, you can only moderately increase anything, regardless of condition or drawback.

As for the ability to predict a person's movements, I wouldn't allow it at their tier. I would possibly allow it one tier higher, but understand that the implied increase to reaction time seems more along the lines of mere forewarning- as in, rather than actually reacting faster, you simply are given more time to react.


Because of how Absorption works, I will only allow you to absorb one element. Multiiple element absorption, if you wish to do it like this, will be done in the same way Serenae's is: a Tier Five skill. Additionally, because of the nature of the skill, you can only absorb one element at a given time, and will have to change the element roughly every five posts.

Need a duration and cool down on Transmogrification. I can link you a skill tree with a smilar ability either as a base or a T5, and we can go from their, or you can simply offer what you feel is fair and we'll go from there.

I feel the need to remind you that as a Nobody, you wouldn't have to pay MP for lightning based abilities. I realize you may already be aware of this, but I am re-informing you just to be sure.

to clarify the T5 ability, Storm Rage;

the user is, in no way, shape, or form, changing the state of matter of Lightning, which is naturally plasma. His ability to manipulate it into a dense concentration can make it behave as if it were a liquid or solid.
