They are not allowed, people were only meant to operate under buffs and debuffs. And while we typically allow people the opportunity to abuse their abilities before removing them, if we are waiting for someone to use something for the first time to remove it, then it needs to be removed immediately.

If you have any abilities that increase or reduce statistics by full tiers, they will be invalid and need review. This includes Keyblade Armor, which are being reworked. Please PM staff accordingly

As of right now, drives are the only exception to this ruling.
