Ability Description: (Serenae channels energy for a post, glowing bright blue while she channels. On her next post, Serenae calls a mass of clouds to shadow the entire world she is currently inhabiting. The mass of clouds takes a full post to form before down pouring water over the entire world. The rain lasts for 5 pages. The rain is thick but gentle, extinguishing natural and magical flames alike across the world. All characters on the world, allies and enemies alike, receive constant moderate healing effects per post that this spell is active. A character with tier 5 endurance would be healed in full by the end of the 5th post. Every post that a character is under the effect of this rain reduces the duration of any status effects and de-buffs affecting them by 1 post. All fire based spells and abilities cast while this effect is active are reduced in power drastically, to the point of being rendered practically useless.)
