Base Ability Cool Down: How often can the ability be used?[/center]

Tier One
1st Skill: Jett is capable of teleporting anywhere within his sight in an instant, can be used twice per post. Should he teleport to where an object or being already is, they will be moved/pushed away from that position.
2nd Skill: Jett is capable of flight.
3nd Skill: Jett is able to change his body temperature passively, ranging from 36 degrees Celsius to 400 degrees Celsius in conjunction with his wildfire element.

Tier Three
1st Skill: Jett is capable of creating and manipulating fire within a 50 meter radius of himself. Damage dealt by this fire varies, within a ten meter radius of Jett the fire deals severe damage and third degree burns, the next twenty meters is moderate with second to first degree burns and after that all damage 30 meters + from him deals small damage and slight burns.
2nd Skill: Once this skill is activated it takes one post to charge up, Jett and his weapons become heavily imbued with
