Ability Description:
Using one of his Spirit Cores as the focus. Sen manipulates a strong concentration of air to completely surround a single Spirit Core. At which point he launches it at an opponent at a fast speed. If it reaches his target the wind energy is released all at once and knocks the opponent away. This can cause light to moderately low knock back damage. Once the wind energy has been released Sen recalls his Spirit Core back to his side.

Making the damage just moderate-low will probably be more beneficial to you, as I'm unsure how ranges of damage work.

You can reduce the cost by 5 MP and the cooldown by 2 posts.
