Sen is able to coat his entire body in a layer of concentrated wind current. When physical contact is made with him it will knock away the item or person that tried by five meters as well as cause light knock back damage. The max weight this could affect is up to two hundred and fifty pounds. This does not work against spell based abilities. The energy applied to his body is gone after contact is made.

Add in that the spell lasts until discharged, or give it a duration so that it functions for multiple uses during its active period. The latter will make the spell cost about what it does now, but the former will reduce the cost and cooldown. The cooldown may reduce either way, depending on how long the duration is (if you choose to give it one that isn't "until discharged").
Instead of describing the distance that someone is knocked back by in a moderate amount, give a maximum amount of weight it can move and a set distance that the force moves whatever comes in contact with the skin.

Some parts have been edited but I wouldn't known what max weight would be appropriate for this.

To push someone at least 30 meters, you're looking upwards of 100 MP at your current magic tier. 5 meters is appropriate for 30 MP.
Probably 250 lbs will be your maximum, currently.
You can reduce the cooldown by 3 posts.

I feel five is even a little small for someone at Tier 1 pushing out 30 Mana. Maybe 10 would be better? If not, its fine.

10 meters is approximately 33 feet. That's a lot of knockback.
About 5 meters, or about 16 feet, is much more appropriate for the cost. At Tier One, you have the powers of an average human, physically and magically (in contexts to this universe).

Remove both "at least" clauses in the ability.
