A hushed silence rolled over a barren world. Though for this occasion, to see power houses unlike any other clash head to head, brave souls had traveled to watch. And with power like this, it was no surprise. Among these people, however, who would reign as the victor? And who would be laid to waste alongside the landscape?

Greed stood motionless in the spectator's ring, watching the events unfold much too dully for his tastes. He had only accepted this invitation so he could come to the big gala, make all the pigs drool over his eminence, and then find some not-so-bright swine to take part in his most recent project: the human scorpion. No, cinnamon. Human sentiment? The Syn. Eater was unsure; his mind had many holes and sometimes he accidently peered through them.

While he mentally deliberated, Greed took note of those who would become his opponents, potentially - especially the one he had met not too long ago, the man of shadows. Well, he hadn't actually seen the sporting young lad yet, but Greed knew the roster well. His little pet Revas had entered the tournament, too - it would be an interesting event, indeed.
