Daughter of Flame's Vessel
Base Ability: Daughter of Flame's Vessel - Felicity is the vessel of a strong fire spirit that refers to herself as the Serenity, the Daughter of Flame. Being the vessel, she is capable of summoning a phantom overlay of the Daughter of Flame which drapes her form and any of her equipment in wild, bright blue flames, partially or fully. These flames are extremely hot and can turn ice into vapor almost instantly, so it is unwise to come into contact with it since it deals an extreme amount of damage. Felicity's melee strikes deals additional magic wildfire damage based on her Magic Tier.
Base Ability Cool Down: Passive
Tier One
1st Skill: Aura Immunity -- Screw your auras. Felicity is immune to them.
2nd Skill: Flame's Will -- Felicity can manipulate fire and wildfire up to 100 meters from her. She can't override another fire manipulator's direct control, and the reverse is true as well. Felicity's flames will always be bright blue, and this would serve as an indicator of which flame she controls.
3rd Skill: Hotblooded -- Felicity's blood has been infused by Serenity's power, and while Vessel is active, its temperature rapidly rises, being able to melt through metal as if it were butter. Synthesis not immune to this type of damage may break. This also makes her blood uncontrollable and by others, and it cannot be assimilated.
4th Skill: Tapped Potential -- MP pools cannot be negatively affected.
5th Skill: Growing Potential -- Adds 25 MP per Character Tier.
Tier Two
1st Skill: Firewalker -- Felicity is able to use her flames as platforms.
2nd Skill: Purify -- Removes all debuffs. CD: 3 posts.
3rd Skill: Fan the Fire -- The strength of Felicity's fire and wildfire-based abilities are doubled while Vessel is active.
4th Skill: Pause -- Time stops for up to 5 posts for everyone not aligned to the Time element. CD: Number of posts active.

Base Ability needs a cool down of at least 10 posts.
The boost from Warmed Up can not scale with character tier. A Tier 1 Ability can at best, with a drawback, only boost something moderately.
Seek is going to need another limitation in terms of actual extent. How far can you go back? Depending on how you do it, you may be able to evade certain status effects. The Cool Down may need to be boosted based on what happens.
I will let all in my head affect MP, or DP, but not both. Define for me what an "outside factor" is.
The boost from Warmed Up can not scale with character tier. A Tier 1 Ability can at best, with a drawback, only boost something moderately.

You can go Low-Moderate
I'm not sold on seeker. My primary concern is that the skill gives you the ability to erase the effort of others entirely if it is dependent on you. This is why I won't bar the ability, but it does need a maximum in terms of how far back you can go. I will also stipulate that this ability would be once per topic.

Pardon, but I've been misreading the skill in question. It is merely a trans-location ability, flavored for use with the time element. It is fine as it is.

As a disclaimer: I am not entirely certain on the base ability allowing you to absorb fire for health, as this is usually reserved for T4. However, I will let you take this idea and run with it, and see how it works out.
