Update 1.0.31: Misc Updates, Summon and Drive Form Changes

Hey folks, Game Master here with a small update. I'll run you guys through the patch notes and we'll be on our way.

Magic has officially seen a change. The maximum you can reduce the cost by any spell or ability passively is half. This also applies to Summons, and anything else with a cost.

Cool downs can only passively be reduce to 1 Post.

Drive Points officially have a duration. An ability that uses Drive Points innately has a Duration. This duration is equivalent to the amount of Drive Points spent, not the Summon or Drive Form itself. 1 DP equals 10 Posts.

Summons and Drive Forms have now seen changes to how their abilities function, and all currently approved Summons and Drive Forms will be reviewed within the next week to be brought in line with these changes. The abilities from these now cost Posts, and using them will reduce the duration of each Summon or Drive Form accordingly.
