Deadshot: Sparrow's projectiles are intangible to anything but his intended target. This allows his projectiles to pass through someone's defenses. Sparrow is also able to see in 360 degrees.
Base Ability Cool Down: N/A


Tier One
Zero: Sparrow's projectiles can close the distance whenever fired, appearing 1 meter away, stopping for half a second before continuing on.
Explode: Sparrow's projectiles may explode on impact, creating an explosion that is 3 meters per tier wide.
Paralyze: Sparrow fires a projectile that stuns someone on contact, this does no damage.   | 3 Posts CD
Target: Sparrow's non-damaging projectiles have an optional targeting effect.
Warp Rebound: Before impacting, once per post per tier, the projectile will warp to a position 5 meters from the intended target, but only if the projectile wasn't going to hit the intended target. Alternatively, the intended target may be switched to another.
Gravity: Sparrow may fly, this scales to his speed and agility through his element of space.


Tier Two
Zone: Sparrow's shots can lock someone in space for 1 post per tier. | 3 Posts CD
Tag: Sparrow tags a target, any non-damaging skill or ability used on them can have a target effect added to it. | 3 Posts CD
Sight: Sparrow may see through all inanimate objects in order to spot his target.
Shadow: Sparrow can toggle an invisibility cloak made from space and darkness, allowing him to blend with his surroundings. While within 50 meters of someone, this cloak has a duration of 4 posts and a cooldown. If the duration starts while cloaked, then the cloaking is bound by the duration and the cooldown. | 3 Posts CD.
Flow: Sparrow may use space to become intangible passively, able to interact with the world around him in an albeit one-sided communication.

BA: You're going to have to pick between having intangible projectiles or the whole 100 meters to 15 meters thing. You can keep the 360 degrees part.


Zero: This will need to be increased to 5 meters, because 1 is literally close to being an auto-hit.

Explode: A boulder isn't a precise radius. I want you to provide a numerical value on the radius of the explosion, please.

Paralyze: You haven't given any context on how he's able to stun an opponent, please explain how he does this. Also, you'll need to give a duration on the stun.

Gravity: Once again, need clarification on how he's able to to do this.


Zone: Raise the cool down to three.

Shadow: So you're saying for being within 50 feet of a person, you can cloak for a total of 4 posts?

Yes, before it goes on cooldown. The cooldown prevents him from using it outside of that range. If he were to enter that range while cloaked, the duration would begin and continue on even after exitting that range. If need be, I can add that.

Changed Base to allow projectiles to pass through defenses as I've noticed recent skill trees and synthesis have been doing this and realized I've limited myself.

Changed last second skill, allowing total intangibility as there are other more recent cases allowing such for Tier two.
