Ability Description: A single target is wrapped in a warm light that, after seeping into its target's magical being, shatters into ethereal shards of light that then disperses. This light removes the effects of up to five skills/abilities that would otherwise buff or enhance a person. These skills/abilities are ended and placed on Cool-Down. In the instance that it is a passive skill, an aura, a constant effect, ect., it is placed on a 5 post lockdown, where it will resume right where it left off after the fifth post.
