It would be limited by his agility, aka eyesight. I can add that he can only warp where has seen or sees.

I can add a slight delay if need be so that it isn't instant. Giving a chance to make it fail. Ofc MP would still be deducted I assume.

Why are you putting cooldown on a spell that can be made as a passive on a ST? It still has a cost. Plus I have higher mag.

Because abilities have Cd's and so does synth which is why ST's are more valued

Yes but based on the ability itself it seems rather unnecessary. I'd rather trash this spell if you're going to make it virtually useless. But I know I can't because I need moon or someone with moon.
