Now that I have T5 Mag, since i had T3 when this was made, How much can I reduce the cost/cooldown?

Okay but I have T5 mag now, that doesn't answer my question. In fact, you are just giving me a 2 post cooldown. I didn't change the spell, and you said having higher mag reduces the cost.
