Conditions: Late Afternoon; Partly Cloudy

“If the participants would please pick heads or tails, kupo!~” the fluttering moogle would say, flipping a small coin into the air.

[Revas]

"Heads."

[Sebalix]

"I guess that leaves me with tails then."

[Community Moogle]

The moogle caught the coin in its palm, bobbing its head to the beat of its own drum. With a quick shimmy of its shoulders, it flipped the coin on to the back on its hand and revealed the result to the two combatants before it.

"And the result is a tails, kupo!~ Battler Sebalix gets the first move. Good luck, kupo~" The moogle announced, spinning away and out of sight in a glimmering warp of space.

[Community Moogle]

The moogle returned to the field in a glittery patch of warped space, quietly fluttering beside the elf. With a hand raised in his direction, the moogle made it's announcement. "This concludes the fourth round of this bracket. Battler Revas has been declared the winner due to his opponent's lack of initiative, kupo!~ Congratulations!"
