Metaphysical Divination (Mage's Tower Tree)

Supernatural Awareness: Serenae gains the ability to tap into a supernatural form of divination while she is currently on the world: "The Mage's Tower". This supernatural divination allows her to sense movements of power across the universe. The larger the power(higher the Tier), the more likely Serenae is to take notice of the movement of the power source. Upon being able to observe an individual, Serenae is able to divulge their Heart element and Character Tier, as well as general location, but not individual stats or a precise location. This does not give Serenae any indication of the character's means or motives, who they are, what they look like, or what they're capable of. If Serenae is already acquainted with a source of power and has divulged their primary elemental affinities and character tier by means of T1 S4 of the Universal Sage skill tree, she can accurately identify a source of power using this ability.
