Ability Name: Shed Pulse

Ability Type: Support

Ability Cost: 5(0)+X

Ability Cooldown: 1 post for each negative effect removed [If MP is not spent, then it requires 4 posts per effect removed, instead] // Once per post

Ability Element: Lightning || Nothingness

Ability Description: The user's image fluctuates and completely dissolves for a moment, all of his pigments fading to Nothing for a post. All magical effects, positive and negative, are shed off with this pulse, with a slight force that is powerful enough to push back objects under 500 pounds 5 feet away from Hugh for each effect removed. For each negative effect removed, the MP cost increases by 5. Effects that are constantly being applied by an active force (like a debuff constantly fed magic) are not dispelled, as with positive effects. For each effect (positive or negative) removed, Hugh gains a 5% electrical charge.

Base cost should be raised to 5MP.
