Custom Quest: A Savior's Test
Requester: Marigold Darkson
Requirements: Users/Characters are to fight against different weaponized prototypes to the best of their abilities.
Location: Multiple
Premise: Marigold has sprinkled prototype Saviors all over the worlds. Each one has a different Tier and level cap to fight it, with characters within those parameters able to fight it. I.e, tier 1 characters can only fight tier 1 Saviors and tier 5 can only fight tier 5 Saviors.
Goal(s): Bring back the Savior Core to Three in Twilight Town, which is dropped upon successful defeat of each Savior
Reward: Reward is dependent on the level of Tier defeated. Tiers 1-2 gain double points for successful destruction of a Savior. Tier 3 gain double points and a weapon of their choosing (only 1) based off of the Saviors arsenal. Tier 4-5 can get the whole Savior set (armor and weapons). The strengths and weaknesses of these weapons are all determined by the tier a character gains them at.
Savior set (armor):
Grants user a severe boost to their damage resistance
Auto-repairs damage done to it once per topic
Has access to thrusters that allow it to go airborne
Grants a severe boost to a stat of their choosing
Savior set (weapons):
Particle Cannon (gun/cannon)- Each attack done deals severe lightning damage on top of its regular damage (however strong a tier 3 weapon can be). Cannon can be moved into tactical places and nearly any surface, to and act as a turret providing covering fire consistently. Has 3 charges that can be used to power up the shots. Using all three creates a powerful, larger shot, but puts the cannon on instant cooldown after use (each charge comes back after 2 posts worth of cooling down).
Valkyrie Wing (longsword)- Each attack done deals severe fire damage, with there being double damage dealt towards beings of Darkness. Can instantly switch from being a longsword to a pair of sort swords.
Alpha Shell (shield)- Has three charges that allows for Reflect to be cast on the user for those three times, before they must be regained. Can use a charge to emit a far-reaching (Up to 100 feet) EMP that disrupts all forms of technological equipment that are vulnerable to such tampering. Shield bashing with this weapon doubles the knockback normally applied to a hit.
