The Ninth, The Immortal
Name: Jackson "D9" Kizeke
Age: 34
Species: Somebody
Primary Elements
1.) Darkness
2.) Space
3.) Electricity
4.) Metal
Personality: Jackson is a very wild person. Some could describe him as a bipolar sort, based on how crazily he acts and how he often switches between moods relatively quickly. He has a level of sociopathy that comes from his artificial creation that also makes him non-hesitant to most situations. Due to his mentally unstable nature, he often needs some sort of moderator with him, otherwise he'll likely cause some amount of damage somewhere. This can even go as far as exploring his trigger-happy nature for the hell of it or because someone accidentally stepped on his shoes. However, unlike the majority of his predecessors and successor, Jackson can feel emotion. As he, like D8, are the only few created with emotions, they are unstable in his case. When he isn't shooting or stabbing everything, he is a heckler and also very enjoyable to be around. The drawback to being around him for his humor is that it can turn gruesome at any moment and revert back to peaceful. With a moderator, his emotions gain stability and he can actually function as a normal being.

History:
After D10 was captured by Weiss, D9 was unknowingly used to collect intel on the whereabouts of places D10 has been as well as the location of any remaining Dataloids. While he and D8 had been developing their relationship, they realized that they would need Weiss in order to survive. They would burn up soon, so they needed something to extend their lives while working for the mad scientist. While nearing the end of their lifespan, Weiss eventually came to them with a temporary option. Hesitant, the two decided to accept it even though they knew that he held control over them. Little did he know that D10 was the one perfecting the replicated cores. As D9 and co. continued their work, he decided to have Chancelor use his security clearance to see how he had access to the technology. He knew D10 was captured, but didn't know how he was being used yet was stuck in a rock and a hard place.
Once Chancelor came back to him with information on Weiss enslaving D10 successfully, he knew he had to contact D5. He knew it would put D5's position at risk, but after the slivers of traces he found of the poor lonely Dataloid, he had to likely awaken him. Once D5 awoke, the three dataloids had a long talk about why Weiss must not be allowed to finish collecting data on the core. Returning to Weiss' main RND station, he knew that his random disappearance would be taken note of. For a few years, D8 and himself and planned and slowly ticked away at the defenses of the station in order to penetrate and free the dataloid. Once they had done as much, they immediately brought the dataloid to D5. Once they left, they were officially disconnected from Weiss and became free-roaming mercenaries being hunted by the former employer.
The last gift from D5 in accomplishing this were sustainable cores that would last them, but they did not give them the superior functions D10 had. They didn't know what to do next so...they just decided to live in the moment.
Other Notes: Deadpool.

- The hidden experiments, with their research hidden more deeply than any other bit by the good doctor. That's what D8 and D9 were. In D9's case, he was the more dangerous and unstable of the two but it was inevitable that D8 would be just as dangerous as they were made as a couple. The two were created to have genuine emotions, orchestrated to be in a relationship with eachother using bodies perfectly assimilated and capable of reproduction. The issue with that last note, however, is that they will often be incompatible with regular somebodies. They require each other to moderate their flaws. Whether it be D8's anger and jealousy or D9's unstable emotions and trigger-happy, sociopathic nature. During the beginning years of their conception, Dr. Kizeke was actually quite proud with what he had accomplished. The cores he created ran perfectly fine and how he had tuned it to create completely intelligent beings had amazed even himself.
However, what he did not account for was the incomplete nature of his knowledge on how the complexity of emotions would require even more complex tuning. He created the cores, yet he did not make them complete enough to perfectly balance the aspects of a somebody and their emotions as well as compensating for how powerful those emotions may be. The first to mentally waiver was D9, as he began to fight and threaten programs around the Datascape. He wondered when D8 would do the same, but she really didn't. D8 agreed to moderate the increasingly unstable emotions, but eventually she tilted too. A female program had complemented D9 and she kill her. Returning to Dr. Kizeke, he knew that the two would be unable to stay in the datascape with all the attention they were drawing.
Realizing that they were indeed failures akin to D1 in scale, he had banished them from the datascape but told them of a place they could stay in Radiant Garden. They understood, and the two left for the real world. For the time between their exile and the conception of D10, they living in Radiant Garden. But after D1 had destroyed the operation Dr. Kizeke had going on, they received a transmission from a mysterious stranger who had told them of D10. He fed them information and made a proposal for them to find the boy and bring them to him. Jealous of the new dataloid, D8 accepted immediately which prompted D9 to do the same. Leaving their home, they traveled for years under their monikers Jackson and Delilah. They knew the worlds were not where to look as they'd be too high profile for the boy.
They surveyed the SOL stations and even occasionally visited various space colonies. They built their reputation as mercenaries, establishing powerful connections and eventually meeting the mysterious, smoking man Weiss. Of course, the man had manipulated them into believing he was an ally and friend of Dr. Kizeke. However, they had only cared about capturing the Isoloid and using him to upgrade so that they can finally be complete. Also after years of searching, Jackson and Delilah knew that their cores were starting to burn hotter, meaning they only had a few years left.
