Base Ability: Starchild -- Ozone is made entirely out of plasma that is held together by an unnamed force. As such, she can freely change her form to whatever shape she needs with ease. Being made up of plasma, anything that touches her will be constantly damaged by a moderate amount.. That includes people and synth items not designed to specifically for her, as her plasma would easily eat through it while it passes through her. And being mostly gas, she is hardly affected by physical forces, however due to her state, prolonged contact will slowly weaken her as the ionized gas loses its charge. (So if you really need to take her down and don't mind getting hurt doing it, give her a bear hug.)
Conventional healing magic won't affect her, instead needing specialized synths or magic.
Note: Damage from plasma is not aligned to any of the elements (N/A). Also, certain status effects like poison are ineffective because her body doesn't interact with them.

Tier One
1st Skill: Elemental Neutrality -- Her plasma cannot be use as part of anyone else's manipulation.
2nd Skill: Aura Immunity -- Auras cannot affect her
3nd Skill: Dispersal -- Ozone can divide herself freely, with physical stats being divided by proportion.
4rd Skill: Flight -- By manipulating her plasma, she can grant herself flight.
5th Skill: Scrambled Target -- Targeted abilities that are instant hit cannot be used on her, and other types of abilities will be inaccurate, or produce other malfunctions such as triggering before reaching their target.
6th Skill: Semi-Intangibility -- On-contact effects cannot be triggered on Ozone.
Tier Two
1st Skill: Energize -- Electrical/Thunder damage is cut in half, and excites the ions of plasma, giving her a moderate boost in speed. Plasma-based active skills are also sped up a slight amount. Lasts for 2 posts and refreshes every time she is affected by electricity or thunder.
2nd Skill: Overheat -- Fire damage is cut in half, and excites the ions of plasma, giving her plasma a moderate increase in damage. Plasma-based active skills are also boosted in damage by a slight amount. Lasts for 2 posts and refreshes every time she is affected by fire.
3rd Skill: Possessive Augmentation -- Ozone can use herself, or part of herself, to augment synthesis items, adding damage, power and optionally, the ability to do damage on contact, based on the passive damage of Starchild.
4th Skill: Plasma Control -- Ozone can create plasma at will, and use it to create solid or semi-solid constructs that are as strong and durable as she is. This created plasma can be easily reverted to non solid form. Created plasma is as powerful as Starchild, but can't be used to heal herself. She can also throw plasma around like fireballs, but she can only create plasma within her reach.
5th Skill: Semi-Elemental Manipulation -- Because fire and electricity have little bits of plasma in or around them, Ozone can control these elements to a certain degree, but is no way able to overpower anyone who has full control of said elements.
