Okay, theirs lots of stuff wrong here. First of all, your character Tier 1. This is like, character tier three in terms of complexity. If you want to keep it, drop it down to only being able to make you levitate at your current speed and agility tiers, or moving forward or back. Also, stamina is no longer a thing. Basically, all you can do with this right now is use it for levitation, or quick movement forward or back.

That's all it is. It doesn't make me levitate at all sir, it makes me move at a quick speed, I just can't control it other than that. It's like being pushed, the object in motion is simply lunged into a different motion. It's not complex at all. I just detailed it long and explained how fundamentally useful I could make it in an rp.

Think of an ungraceful force push. only with fire.

Then it simply doesn't need to be as complexly worded, because doing so could get you into more harm than good really. The agility ruling still stands, though I am willing to allow a moderate increase to speed if you up this to Ten MP.
