Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
Base Ability: Gaia's Warning: The earth is fond of the user and because of this, he is granted power. Mifune's strength stat is boosted by 1 tier. [Post duration: 10][/b]
Base Ability Cool Down: 10 posts
Tier One
Son of the World: Acting of its own free will, dirt will rise striking fireballs, ice or anything on a tier level of 1 or 2 out of the air as well as thrown daggers and projectiles.[Capable of being used up to two times per post. Cooldown: 3 posts]
Wrath of The Mother Goddess: [AOE] The opponents speed is brought down a notch, as if the ground is tugging their feet to slow them. This is at a level weak and it's equivalent to running through large amounts of sand. [20 feet range; Duration: extended over the battle]
Gaia's Blessing: The user wounds' are healed as dirt travels up their legs and fills the stabs and gashes, the dirt then magically alters into blood and flesh and repairs the user. [Weak; occurs over an extended period of time. Even combat.]
Quake: Ground shaking tremors occur, not much but enough to cause the opponent to slip from balance or stop a pursuit. The earth "rocks" the opponent. [Area of effect 25 feet; 5 post cooldown]
All or Nothing: On rare occasion, the user's skin turns to rock for a few seconds protecting from a possible kill-shot. [5 Post Cooldown]
Tier Two
Shade of Survival: Endurance is increased by one tier, so long as the user sacrifices 20 MP every five posts.
Terra Boost: By shutting down access to mana reserves the user can boost his agility by 1 tier. [At least 30 MP needed in stock for activation.]
Earth Child: The user can sense an opponents movements even in the dark, so long as they stay on the ground. [Range 50 feet]
Reactivation: Once per topic, the user can forceabley re-open their mana reserves.

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
Your base ability is not very well explained. If it were merely detailing the point of the Skill Tree, then it wouldn't need a base ability. However, despite it's vagueness I'm getting "Gaara" vibes from it's potential execution.
Son of the World needs a cooldown and a limit on how many times it can be used a post.
Does wrath of the Mother Goddess have a range or a duration? Do you designate an area or is just the area around you?
Gaea's Blessing will only be able to do slight healing, and it won't be very quick at this tier. However, it can be constantly active, even in combat.
Quake, while it does no damage, demonstrates a high amount of power for you to move the earth beneath your feet to such a degree. Find a way to make it weaker.
All or Nothing needs a cooldown.

Basically that's what is at tier one, things will look different later on though.

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
We're going to need to adjust that base ability. As of now, it won't grant you what you want out of it for the entire fight. You can instead make so that for limited periods of time, it can engage the earth around you to actively defend you. The cooldown will need to be adjusted as well. Obviously, there would be limits on how much the earth itself could stop. Those are implied by its content though, and need not be explicitly mentioned unless you choose too. I will let you start with the duration and cooldown of the ability, and we'll go from there on the base ability.
Upon looking at the newly edited Son of the World, I believe that to make the ability fair a simple change is in order. Make the max use per post two, and the cooldown three. Keep in mind with abilities like this: even if you only use it once in a post, the Cooldown will still trigger.
Quake's range should drop to 25 feet. Give it a cooldown of five posts.

Edited, I figure that should do it.

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
One more thing to be edited. We need a duration on the ability, and a longer Cooldown. Give it fifteen posts. Make the duration as you feel appropriate.
Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
Post duration 20? If that's too much I'll nerf it.

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
The effect of the ability can not exceed its cool down in terms of duration

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
Keep in mind that MP regenerates. Bump the cost for the first skill to 20 MP.
Raise the minimum for the second skill to Thirty.
Because you already have one variation of all or nothing, I'll need to deny that skill. Also, I believe that I should inform you that Endurance as a statistic has been created in such a way that it is literally impossible to kill any individual in a single shot. Now, knocking them unconscious is very possible.

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
Made edits, and replaced the All or Nothing with something I hope will make the agility buffer more versatile.

Re: Gaia's Warning - Skill Tree
The boost would only be relative. At Tier Five, you would not be boosted to Tier Six.
