Ability Description: Storm channels a lightning ball blast attack from his palm and fires in a direction. This blasts homes in on an individual at lightning speed. Once connected, the blast sends an extreme electrical surge through the body, causing mass muscles spasms, extreme pain, and partial paralysis for 4 posts. More then one hit can stop a persons heart depending on their endurance level.

Tier 1: 2 hits
Tier 2: 3 hits
Tier 3: 4 hits
Tier 4: 5 hits
Tier 5: (Due do how godly it is) 7

People have different endurance, so they should be affected differently by this. I think how many posts it could take to possibly stop somebody's heart should reflect their endurance. So, a T1 could be like 2 posts while a T5 Endurance could be 7 posts. Or something like that. Thoughts?

Also, you have five more stat points than you should.

Well yes I can see that, but what happens if I hit it more then once? That's the only problem I would see with that.

Whoops, I meant to say hits instead of posts. My bad. So, two hits could potentially stop the heart of a T1, while seven for a T5.
