Since you bumped without the skill tree being approved, keep in mind that this keyblade is going to be a useless hunk of unbreakable metal, it will have no keyblade abilities, even summoning/desummoning.

I wouldn't have bumped it if  I hadn't believed at the very least the first tier hadn't been approved by that point in time. It was a poor choice of words on GM's part, and my misunderstanding of the sentence, which made me believe the first tier had already been passed through and given the O.K. It was the only reason I bumped to begin with, but hey, let's majorly penalize people for a small error.
