Shear Force: The principle ability of the Tidal Blow. Attacks specifically made with the Tidal Blow are imbued with Lunar energy, and deal damage as such. Due to its form, and how it is attached, attacks dealt by Tidal Blow (And ONLY with Tidal Blow) are dealt as though the user's Strength was one tier higher.

Stable Orbit: When Tidal Blow is equipped, it allows the user to perform supernatural feats of balance.

Notable Information: 

The Tidal Blow is a six foot long, silvery draconian tail. The tip of it ends in a sharp ridge.
