Enchantments/Special Abilities:Len’s carries this heart has magically become a one of a kind Gem from all the hearts he has absorbed granting him extra effects passively and remaining on his person at all times

-Back Off:  On Activation Lenny cause this item to erupted a wave of energy from his body, pushing out a large distance and knock back to any hostile targets or attacks close to him after the intihal hit, the force of the wave is equal to his strength Tier but deals by a sevre amount of his mag Teir. This has a three post cool down up to five uses per topic and is toggled if Len wants to use its effect or not

-Universal love: When magical attacks of Len's lands on targets that have reduction its effectiveness due to its element then the magic's alignment becomes non-elemtnal to that target

-Magics of Affection: Lenneth gains an extreme magical boosts to all magical attack power and effectiveness. Each ally he has gained in topic will boost this effectiveness by a Moderate amount.

-False data life: With this Lenny gives off a false persona as his travels, masking his species, tiers limits, elements etc any true information about himself from sensory and scouting Abilities/effects that are of lower character tier then his own while giving off randomize false information for those that try to dig, being more random and weird the further they dig. Does not include to natural senses such as sight, hearing etc. For those equal to his tier this distorts their  ability to lock on him  correctly by a serve amount.  

-Power of Love: Lenneth's summons and constructions all are buffed by an extreme amount

May I get a example of what you are looking for and not looking to make your decisions? I'm curious to the difference between this and a normal Item buff

Lenneth gains a large magical boosts to all magical forces he wields < This worries me because of the scope of the magic that you wield. You already are able to affect entire worlds with your magic. This would boost that further and essentially puts you at 5.5 in your magic while using your elements.

and he gains a moderate buff to speed to that same attack if it occurs again in a topic < I'd drop this to minor, simply because your speed is the highest tier possible. Its essentially the same thing as my worry about magic.
