Ability Description: A basketball-sized orb of electricity shoots out of any part of Hugh's body and travels alarmingly fast, dealing a small amount of damage when it comes into contact with something and knocking it back slightly. For each 'Magic' counter the user has, an additional orb is released in the same or opposite direction (release of orbs can be delayed up to one second since the last one was fired). The user can expend a 'Magic' Counter to release two identical orbs after the rest have been expelled. Each time an orb hits a living target, the user gains 1% electrical charge. This lightning can be controlled with Hugh's Lightning manipulation and only Hugh's.
