The standard attachment to the Aerial Scout light suit, The Aerial Scout Wingpack is a staple to the Light Suit that Sebastian wears, which is a slightly modified version, capable of storing multiple light Baton within the legs. These wings allow Sebastian his enhanced speed while in the Datascape, and also provides protection for his required Identity Disc.
