Base Ability
Find Potential - Through strict training and study, the user has unlocked his latent potential and manifested the ability to exude pure life force from his person - the mystical energy known as 'Ki'. The user has a Ki Pool equal to his Tier in endurance times ten. One cannot progress in both the paths of Wushu and Dragon.

Trainee
To unlock these abilities, one must undergo training with a Master of this Skill-Tree in character. Minimum Tier 1 Endurance required.

1st Skill
Flight - The user gains the ability to fly at perfect maneuverability passively.

2nd Skill
Sense Potential - The user is able to sense anyone's power level (character tier) on the world they inhabit, and the general level of any of one's physical statistics while viewed. If any person has a particular skill in martial arts or other physical training, they glow a golden hue that represents their 'potential'.

3rd Skill
Awareness - The user has an advanced awareness 360 degrees around him at a radius of three meters, functioning to deliver information as effective as sight.

4th Skill
Blast - The user generates a small gray orb about the size of a baseball and launches it, dealing minor damage to any opponent struck. Travels up to 30 feet, and another can be fired off in succession after the first blast per expenditure of Ki.

Cost: 1 Ki.

[When the user passes into Tier Two and chooses their path, their blasts develop into one of the following]

Dragon | The user generates a small purple orb about the size of a basketball and launches it at a moderate speed, dealing moderate damage to any opponent struck. Travels up to 50 feet, and up to two more can be fired off in succession after the first per expenditure of Ki. When it hits an opponent, it travels to the end of its path and pushes them back with a strong force, dealing its damage continuously while in contact.

Wushu | The user generates a small yellow orb about the size of a baseball and launches it at high speed, dealing minor damage to any opponent struck. Travels up to 75 feet, and up to four more can be fired off in succession after the first per expenditure of Ki. At any point in their trajectory, the user can cause it to curve in any direction at an angle no sharper than 45 degrees.

5th Skill
Trained Body - The user's physical statistics become more powerful the larger his Ki Pool. The user's physical statistics become more powerful the more filled his Ki Pool is.

Apprentice
To gain the rank of Apprentice, the Trainee must prove his or her own worth with a feat or wonder. This is to be done in a single-post topic, and will be graded similar to a Dive To the Heart. They take on the path of their current master, Dragon or Wushu. Minimum Tier 2 Endurance required.

1st Skill
Charge Ki - The different schools have different methods of charging Ki Pools.

Dragon | The user takes no actions in his or her post and gains Ki equal to the amount of Ki he gained in his last post times two, plus 5. (The user gains Ki in the order of 5, 15, 35, MAX)

Wushu | The user takes no actions in his or her post and gains 10 Ki.

2nd Skill
Senzu's Blessing - The user injects his body with Ki, healing him a minor-moderate amount - this effect can be stacked by activating the ability more than once at the same time.

3rd Skill
Energy Wave - The user expends Ki that is expelled in a controlled form from any part of his body or from his mouth at varying effects, depending on the school chosen.

Dragon | The beam is large, about 2 feet in diameter, and travels quickly out to a total of 60 feet before dispersing, dealing large damage and specializing in tearing away surfaces. An additional beam may be fired at any point during the attack with a different applicable part of the body, or in immediate succession, at no additional cost.

Ki Cost: 3

Wushu | The beam is small, about 1 cm in diameter, and travels very slowly up to a distance of 110 feet total, dealing moderate damage and specializing in piercing through. The beam can be redirected to turn at any angle at will.

Apprentice Transformation
The Step to Kai - The user continuously pumps Ki into his or her own body, allowing them to become more powerful for as long as they feed the transformation.

Dragon | A faint purple aura surrounds the user as part of their true potential becomes unleashed. Strength and Endurance both rise by one Tier while this transformation is active, but rise no higher than Tier 3 due to this effect. The cost of 'Blast' and 'Energy Wave' are both reduced by 1 Ki while this transformation is active.

Ki Cost: 3 per post

Wushu | A faint yellow aura surrounds the user as part of their true potential becomes unleashed. Speed and Agility both rise by one Tier while this transformation is active, but rise no higher than Tier 3 due to this effect. The cost of 'Senzu's Blessing' and 'Energy Wave' are both reduced by 1 Ki while this transformation is active.

Wudai Warrior
To attain the rank of Wudai Warrior, the Apprentice must go on a pilgrimage to The Original Monastery, located in the Land of Dragons. It location is well guarded in the minds of Wushu- and Dragon Masters, but it is their oath to not reveal its location. You must go on the journey in a three post topic, that you are the only participate, in which you describe your journey to find The Original Monastery, and the topic will be graded much like a Dive to the Heart. Upon entering the monastery, you will find the knowledge infused into your being by mystical energies, whether you are instructed by a ghostly Master, or the texts of ancient scrolls float in your vision as you study, or it is simply poured into you. Minimum Tier 3 Endurance required.

1st Skill
Hidden Potential - The user is able to suppress his presence in such a way that no sensory abilities can detect him unless he wills himself exposed. Whenever he ceases to suppress his potential, a pressure is released that cracks the ground beneath him and pushes most objects and people around him back about 3 meters.

2nd Skill
Exude Spirit - The user gains the ability to exude parts of his spirit in order to assist him in combat.

Dragon | The user gains a film of purple energy that surrounds his or her body, greatly increasing their physical attacks in terms of damage and decreasing the amount of damage received by any other attack.

Ki Cost: 5 per post.

Wushu | The user is able to maintain a version of themselves completely composed of yellow energy anywhere up to 30 meters from himself or herself, which acts as the user desires and requires no concentration. It's statistics equal the user's minus one tier, at a minimum of 1. If destroyed, the user must wait 3 posts before manifesting it again.

Ki Cost: 4 per post.

Wudai Warrior Transformation
Aspect of Kai - The user continuously pumps Ki into his or her own body, allowing them to become more powerful for as long as they feed the transformation.

Dragon | A strong purple aura surrounds the user as part of their true potential becomes unleashed. Strength and Endurance both rise by two Tiers while this transformation is active, but rise no higher than Tier 5 due to this effect. The cost of 'Blast' and 'Energy Wave' are both reduced by 2 Ki while this transformation is active, and explode on contact for heavy amounts of extra damage.

Ki Cost: 8 per post

Wushu | A strong yellow aura surrounds the user as part of their true potential becomes unleashed. Speed and Agility both rise by two Tiers while this transformation is active, but rise no higher than Tier 5 due to this effect. The cost of 'Senzu's Blessing', 'Blast', 'Energy Wave', and 'Exude Spirit' are all reduced by 1 Ki while this transformation is active. If the user charges Ki, he gains a 5 additional Ki when doing so while in this form.

Shoku Warrior
To attain the rank of Shoku Warrior, the Wudai Warrior must defeat someone of equal rank or power level in honorable combat, and this must be observed by a Master. Minimum of Tier 4 Endurance.

1st Skill
Blast Evolution - A Shoku Warrior's blast is much more powerful than the previous ranks.

Dragon | A Dragon Shoku Warrior's blast becomes a disc (r. 1 foot) of purple energy that specializes in completely slicing through whatever it hits.

Wushu | A Wushu Shoku Warrior's blast becomes a spike of yellow energy about 1 foot long that can travel up to 200 feet and turn at any angle.

2nd Skill
[Wushu OR Dragon] Defense - A defensive technique specific to the school.

Dragon | Whenever the user is struck physically and about to receive damage, they can take all of the force from the attack and rebound it towards the source of the damage, but not before multiplying the force by ten, dealing damage internally instead of externally. The user can alternatively cause the force to be redirected to another object or person he's touching.

Ki Cost: 6

Wushu | The user can instantaneously move to a location anywhere within 5 meters. If the user focuses for a minute, they can travel anywhere on the world. If they focus instead for two, they can travel to other worlds. Anyone touching the user during transport is also transported.

Master
To attain the rank of Master, the Shoku Warrior must do combat with his or her Master, and only when the Master declares that the Shoku Warrior is sufficient enough to progress does he learn the secret to entering the Kai State. Minimum of Tier 5 Endurance.

Master Transformation
Kai State - The user completely surpasses the normal limits of their body and takes them into the level of deities.

Dragon | A blinding purple aura surrounds the user as part of their true potential becomes unleashed. Strength and Endurance both rise by two Tiers while this transformation is active, rising past tier 5 into extreme levels, and Speed and Agility rise by a single tier, but rise no higher than Tier 5. The cost of 'Blast', 'Exude Spirit', and 'Energy Wave' are both reduced by 2 Ki while this transformation is active, and explode on contact for heavy amounts of extra damage (in the case of Exude Spirit, each physical strike causes heavy explosions to occur that do not harm the user or his projected spirit). The user's strikes also deal this heavy additional explosion damage. Ki cannot be charged.

Ki Cost: 10 per post

Wushu | A strong yellow aura surrounds the user as part of their true potential becomes unleashed. Speed and Agility both rise by two Tiers while this transformation is active, rising past tier 5 into extreme levels, and Strength and Endurance rise by a single tier, but rise no higher than tier 5. The cost of 'Senzu's Blessing', 'Blast', 'Energy Wave', 'Wushu Defensive Technique', and 'Exude Spirit' are all reduced by 3 (Senzu's Blessing costs a minimum of 1) Ki while this transformation is active. Ki cannot be charged.

*As the user progresses in this skill tree, they become aware of many forms of martial arts, and by the time of achieving Master, they possess a plethora of knowledge and capability in almost any fighting style.

**When a transformation ceases, the transformer becomes fatigued. This effect is more severe depending on the level of the transformation.

***While a user has no Ki in his or her Ki Pool, no passive ability functions.

I'm extremely lax on plot elements, but Tier Six is only that for player characters- Hypothetical. There is absolutely no way that a character can reach it in normal competitive play. It can enhance a T5 greatly, but it can not force an ascension to that level. That will need to be adjusted before this becomes official.
