Ability Description: Another ability which gains its power from the emotional instability that the moon promotes, Chant of Confusion manifests as an omnidirectional wave that travels at a high speed for a thirty foot radius. Anyone caught within this wave runs the risk of gaining a stack of the “confusion” status effect. This causes a change in how they perceive everything, from the level of danger of a situation, all the way down to where their allegiances lie. This typically causes them to either underestimate how much danger they are in, bringing them to harm, or causes attacks on those whom they are supposed to be allied against, though this spell's effects differ from person to person. This effect, if it is gained, lasts for four posts. It should be noted that the closer the target is to the caster’s character tier, the less effective this spell is, and other moon users are all but immune to this spell.

How confused exactly can someone get?

Isn't it possible for someone to still attack the enemy despite being confused it still seems possible since fights are never predetermined and isn't exactly possible to control another's character

Is it possible for you to give an exact for each tier and what's the Max they could be affected

I'll be honest. I have no idea the exact levels for it all. However, the least amount is confusion about the danger level, the most is attacking allies. That's the range that people have to work with. I don't know what I could assign to each tier, simply because of the extreme differences in character personalities, which would elicit differing reactions.
