From this moment forward, the Worlds of Halloween Town and Radiant Garden have entered an alliance of mutual protection and trade. This alliance dictates that both leaders of the world encourage free trade between their respective worlds, along with sharing any and all necessary information for the betterment of the protective capability of both worlds. Along with these, several terms have been made between the leaders, which will remain known only to them. This alliance may be declared null and void by either leader should the terms of this alliance be broken, however, both leaders are obligated to offer the offending party a chance to explain their circumstances, which will determine whether or not this alliance and its benefits are reinstated.
