Garth Skill Tree.

Tier One

Skill 1: To Me. (Summon Weapon)
*Burning Desire - (Garth's staff) can be summoned directly to his hand. Regardless of distance, it will always appear in his hand. Even if thrown or stolen, it will return to him if he summons it.

Skill 2: Power of the Sun.
*When exposed to direct sunlight, Garth's fire-based Magic increases in potency, by a moderate degree. Contrarywise, his abilities return to normal when he is out of the sun.

Skill 3: Inner Fire.
*Because of his affinity for Fire, attacks from temperature related elements have a decreased effect on him. He will take less injury from burn or freezing effects, and has greater resistance to heat or cold than normal.

Skill 4: Purifying Flame.
*By regulating his internal temperature, Garth can burn out poisons and toxins from his body. The stronger the disease effect, the more he must raise his temperature. Alternately, he can increase his temperature and make it difficult to touch him because of the tremendous heat his body gives off.  (Cooldown time for use is 3 posts).

Burning Desire can be applied to all of your possessions. Feel free to make the appropriate edits.

Power of The Sun, keep in mind this will only be a moderate increase. It doesn't need to be edited, just letting you know, as to not overestimate its potency.

Inner Fire, characters already gain resistances to elements they master. You can keep the ability as is, but may I suggest editing it to an immunity to temperature changes? This prevents you from dealing with the negative effects of heat and cold. There's nothing wrong here, just a suggestion.

Purifying Fire will need a cool down. You don't need the drawback.

Clear as Day loses its use as you progress in the Agility stat. If I may ask, what are you trying to accomplish with this skill? I might be able to offer another direction to increase its effectiveness.

Edited. And to explain, Clear-as-Day is a sight based skill. His accuracy, eyesight, depth perception and his ability to discern opponents is greater than normal. Basically, this power is enhanced eyesight.

Clear as day is covered by progression in the Agility statistic. If you are already planning to advance into Agility, this is a wasted slot. If not, the use is fine but I should note that Tier Five agility allows not only full use of enhanced vision but would give a greater bonus to it than this passive skill, as well as cover essentially everything else by implication.
