Base Ability:
Blood light- Fenix is able to awaking the dragon half of is blood, empowering his physical stats for combat. He can either boost all his physical stats by a moderate amount for 2 posts. Or Fenix can choose to boost only one stat by a severe amount for 4 posts.

Base Ability Cool Down: 2 posts cool down after the duration ends


Tier One
1st Skill:
Eroding light-Each time Fenix lands a physical attack on foe then it will lower the targets overall defence by slight amount stacking upward each time he lands another hit. Also deals additional slight light damage to all of his attacks.

2nd Skill:
Bullet punch-Fenix is able to produce tangible blasts of light from his body that he can use to make his physical attacks ranged, using his str stat for damage for one post. The range is a moderate distance away from Fenix’s body.  The blasts will bounce around up to three times after hitting something.  1 post cool down

3nd Skill:
Focus-If Fenix strikes a single foe and only keeps damaging that one target his physical damage increases by a small amount against that target every post. If he switches targets or hits more then one foe the stacks restart.  

4rd Skill:
Battle wonderment- Facing new foes is exciting and brings up great joy for Fenix, as such whenever he faces a foe he initial attack against them deal extra slight amount of bonus damage to them. This can only occur once to the same target every two post. The bonus is held until an attack hit something either his target or not.

5th Skill:
Chaser- Each time Fenix physical strikes at someone his gains a small boost to his speed, allowing him to move and hit faster.

6th Skill:
Rally- Fenix shouts a might roar that increase the moral of is fellow fighters and intimidating foes that fight them within a wide area around Fenix. Allies gain a slight buff to strength and damage reduction, the lower their heath the higher the bonus. Foes have the opposite happen to them



Tier Two
1st Skill:
Binding Light- Fenix’s creates magical three chains of light he controls that extend a long distance away from him, doing light damage to all enemies in its path till hitting the intended target. Hitting the target shackles them to Fenix, crippling them and dealing the same damage every post while slowing them by a moderate amount them and giving it to Fenix while connected. 5 post cool down


2nd Skill:
Shinning Force- Fenix restores his health by a moderate amount that is missing from him expended/divided over the course of 5 posts, the more health he is missing the greater the return. This is made apparent as he glows a dim green tint over his body. During those five posts if he takes damage from any source then a moderate amount of the damage he takes is converted into bonus health for himself in addition to the abilities’ normal regeneration. 5 post cool down

3rd Skill:
Light force- Fenix is able transformation into a burst of light, gaining a moderate speed boost and dashing forward in moderate distance he wants and dealing moderate additional light damage to any foe that he dashes through. For 2 posts he remains as this form if he wishes. 1 post cool down.

4th Skill:
See the light- Fenix can create a dozen 2ds walls of light of moderate size in any location around him  each mirror last three posts. The flat walls float in place acting as normal blockages, holding physical forms that are difficult to break.  If Fenix is transformed into light that he can pass though the walls, gaining a moderate speed boost and increase hit radius each time he passes a light screen. He also gains one post duration of (Light force) for each mirror he passes through up to 5 posts. Once the mirrors have been place he cannot move them and must wait a cool down of 4 posts before making any more.  

5th Skill:
Never back down- For every enemy on the field Fenix has his damage resistance is increased moderately.



Tier Three
1st Skill:
Dragons call- Fenix summons 15 dragon form magical lights to his side floating around his body. For every successful Attack he makes, a dragon will dive to the target dealing additional moderate light damage each. This ability ends after all dragons are used. Fenix may send forward any remaining dragons in a ranged attack a long distance away from him seeking out foes. The lights can also block attacks and hits foes that are too close to Fenix. 10 post cool down

2nd Skill:
Victim’s Sanctuary- Producing a outwardly emission of positive energies aura allies within a large area around Fenix gain a moderate boost of extra regeneration to their health. Their health will quickly rise by small-moderate amounts but in very quick succession over the course of the entire topic in. If they are at full health then instead their damage reduction to attacks will raise by the same amount. Fenix’s gains this as well but on a lesser scale when not alone, if alone he gains this on a greater scale.  

3rd Skill:
Titians power- Increase Fenix’s strength stat by severe amount, boosting all his physical damage.

4th Skill:
Retribution-Fenix creates a temporary shield of light around himself that protects him any amount of damage for one post and reflected back to the sources. 5 post cool down

You may make the increase to your base ability a moderate amount instead of slight, and a severe amount instead of moderate.

Eroding Light's light damage will not be able to stack on itself, unless you make it a T2 ability, or remove the defense debuff.

Bullet punch will need a limitation. Once per post seems fine, if you want to focus on frequency. Also, what do you mean by bounces? Does it ricochet to other enemies randomly? Does it bounce back like a wall so if you don't move you hit yourself or?

Chaser does not need the self imposed cap.

Keep in mind, for Rally, people who cannot have their morale (in/de)creased will not be affected. It's fine otherwise.


Blinding Light are they intangible until they hit the target?

Light Force makes you intangible, but when people pass through you they take damage, correct? Nothing wrong, just want to clarify.

See The Light will need a solid number of walls and a duration. Also, keep in mind, cool-down starts after the ability effects end.


Dragons Call: You need a number of dragons.

Victims Sanctuary: Auras cannot be toggled. You have too many effects to effect both you and your allies, so you must choose between who gets effected, or lower the amount of effects in the skill.

Titans Power: Just for proper meta terminology, it'd be a severe increase. You don't need to change it, but just to establish what the proper increase would be.

Retribution: You cannot reflect the damage and absorb it at T3.

For Blinding Light and Light Force, how're you/the chains solid but able to go through people? Do you just mean contact damage?

See The Light still needs a duration. Or is the implied duration until they're destroyed? You will also need a cap to the duration increase you may have on Light Force.


Dragons Call needs a cool-down. With that many dragons, I'd say 10 posts, since you're able to potentially block 15 attacks with them.

For Retribution: Reflect has its own meta, which means you're blocking and reflecting the entirety of the attack and not only a portion of it. Just keep that in mind. Also, increase the cool-down to 5 posts.

And for those to I mean to make them like deal damage through whatever passes them but then when it hits the intended target Fenix and the chain both are physical to that target

So, you are intangible when using Light force?

And the chains are intangible until they make contact with the target? And then they become solid? And if they're solid, is it just to the target or to everyone on the field?

You put the Dragon Call cool-down on Victim's Sanctuary by mistake.

nah i can pass through their bodies and say physical walls to get to my target but if they attack me i still get damaged

and its just solid to the one that its connected to though other's attack will still effect the chain normally

You don't need to have those limitations. Intangibility is completely legal ability on site, but if that's the way you want it, you aren't obligated to change it. Anyway, now that that's cleared up.

Binding Light will need a duration and cool-down. Also, number of chains?

See The Light needs to have a 4 post cool-down instead of three.

No worries, I already had that in mind. It's justified by you/the chains actually turning into light.

If the chains last until destroyed, they're going to need a 5 post cool-down.
