Richard's Skill Tree
Voided: Once every three posts, Richard may use his watch and it's superbly advanced functions to banish an item that he is able to point at with his wrist. This weapon/object cannot be called back, unless through another skill tree ability in this tree or Capricorn's skill tree. [All of Richard's skills are made possible due to the watch, it is a magical medium that Richard uses.]

Re: Richard's Skill Tree
My primary issue with this is that it does three things that it shouldn't. I'll break it down.
First: Technology is not a substitute for magic in any way, shape, or form. Only things that are alive, or "alive" in the sense that esoteric beings could be living could utilize MP and subsequently magic. For the sake of internal consistency I can not allow it, as a watch no matter how advanced would not be able to utilize a force that it can not be compatible with.
Second: Being able to observe spells and subsequently breaking down their composition and cost for your own use is a property that only those with the most advances and thorough magical training and experience would possess. It is literally a trait of those with Tier Five Magic, and only a trait of those with Tier Five Magic. A watch no matter how advanced would not be able to emulate this trait.
Third: this is obviously an attempt for the character to use magic without having to specialize in it. I do not allow people to so easily circumvent statistics in that regard, as statistics are something that define how the character plays and what they themselves could and should play to. Allowing this ability makes the entirely of the magic statistic a moot point.
Having said this, I can not allow a base ability that functions as such. I won't address the rest of the tree until this is acknowledged and changed.

Re: Richard's Skill Tree
Keep in mind that if the watch is going to be Supernaturally (read:not magically) facilitating your character's skills, destroying it would render this skill tree unusable. It should be noted that the watch itself would not be very durable, and subject to the things that would normally destroy Synthesis items.
Because this is a tier one skill, I won't let you undo debuffs on all of your allies. You may be able to completely remove the debuffs off of one ally at a time, or a single type of debuff from all allies.

Re: Richard's Skill Tree
It should be that the ability can only do one at this tier, not one or the other.
Re: Richard's Skill Tree
Not attempting to be petty even though it may come across such, but please do me the favor of noting who the ability is affecting. I know that it is meant to be for multiple, but you should clarify that here so that others know when looking.
Re: Richard's Skill Tree
It's not petty GM, you're just doing your job.
Is this acceptable?
