Ability Description: For this move to work, Marigold has to grab and keep a consistent hold on an opponent. When she grabs a single target, blood on the palm of her hand latches onto the captured foe and makes escaping extremely difficult. Should an opponent attempt to escape, they will take severe damage for each attempt. The second part of this ability only initiates if the opponent is still being held, which involves a large, iron-maiden made of blood open and clamp down upon the opponent quickly and forcefully. This second portion deals colossal damage and instantly inflicts them with Marigold's Assimilate skill.

I need a link of the assimilate skill
If they have higher strength then you there is a huge possibility of them escaping
If the grab is missed all mp will still be spent
This will not stop opponents from being able to cast spells while within the vice grip at any point
