Base Ability:
Vocal control- This allows Duncan to control his voice, volume and range of it with perfect precision. Allowing him to apply the effects of his voice in different ways to better fit the situation and prevent any means to silence his effects (unless someone physical rips out his throat or blocks his airways). He is able to move, cast and perform normally even while singing preventing any kind of delay in his actions and requiring no concentration. If he does concentrated on his singing and is not in the middle of other actions all his song effects gain a severe buff to their effects while he is concentrating.    
Base Ability Cool Down: N/A



Tier One
1st Skill:
Throw voice- This allows Duncan to place any kind of sound in any location within a large distance around himself without disruption and mimic any sounds he has heard.

2nd Skill:
Silent music- This song allows Duncan to match and/or silence any sound comes into contact with his own sound waves. While this does not effect the magical properties of other sounds it allows him to hide which song he is using as it takes affect.

3rd Skill:
Honest Face- While this is active anytime someone is speaking to Duncan if they do not speak the truth to his questions they will feel a slight pain in the back of their throat and deal them a small amount of damage. Duncan is not aware of whatever the outcome of their Truth is or if they are lying. He us also compelled to tell his truth all the time as well.  

4th Skill:
Everybody loves Music- All effects will work on any type of being regardless of species or life or hearing ability

5th Skill:
Cleaning muse- While singing a song this allows Duncan to magically cleanse himself, allies or foes alike from negative stat aliments while granting them protections from future ones while any of his songs are playing for three posts. After using this effect the ability goes on a five post cool down



Tier Two
1st Skill:
Enlighten- This effect allows Duncan to buff himself or allies damage output and damage reductions by a moderate amount every post while any of his song are going. Each time something is buffed this goes on a five post cool down

2nd Skill:
Perish song- This allows Duncan to lower the damage output of his enemies or their damage resistances by a moderate amount while any of his songs are playing each post the song is going. Each time something is de-buffed the ability goes on cool down for five posts.

3rd Skill:
Medley- Duncan is able to toggle between up to three different songs as once, continuously apply all his songs effects while he jungle between their performances.

4th Skill:
Mesmerizing performance- While singing any of his songs his performance is gains this intoxicating effect, he can cause anyone that Duncan wishes to effect is stunned while listening. If they are immune to stuns then they have their speed reduced by a moderate amount each post while the song is being sung.  Once this effect is finished the ability goes on a 3 post cool down



Tier Three
1st Skill:
Hyper Voice- This allows Duncan to transform his voice into a powerfully weapon, sending off powerfully sound waves to ripple and damage anything in their path, dealing a severe amount of damage for a wide area. Each use strengthens damage output and range of his voice by a severe amount. Four post cool down

2nd Skill:
Echoed Voice- The longer each song is playing the stronger the effects of the song grows by a severe amount if the song is played for three post. Cool down three posts  

3rd Skill:
Ice born sound- While performing any song Duncan's ice/Blizzard based related abilities/skills are enhanced by a major amount each post.



Tier Fourth
1st Skill:
Soothing Melody- With this effect each song allows Duncan to heal and restore health back to his allies by a extreme amount amount ever post while he is singing. If he is focusing on just one person the healing rate is increased by an additional a severe amount. If the song is still playing and his chosen allies are at full health then they are given damage reduction equal of the amount and reduce their cool downs by 2 post. Five post cool down and applies to only one song playing.

2nd Skill:
Last Dance- While singing all his songs will cause enemies that are within the range of the songs to be dealt and extreme amount of damage ever post that the song is going on. After each time they are dealt damage foes are also slowed by an severe amount in their movements and reaction ability. When this effect occurs this goes on a ten post cool down.


Tier Five
1st Skill:

Fantasia- Duncan first creates a huge sphere like prison around his body, eclipses all forms of light before it shows a countless different colors moving around like a rave party. The barrier is extremely durable and difficult to from the outside and/or inside. Anyone that touches the barrier itself will be effect by the Stop stats effect for 5 of their posts.

Inside their will be 12 smaller version of theses spheres that will each be playing out a different song of Duncan's(From this tree or his abilities) and applying their effects while they are still active. If any of these spheres are destroyed then then deal extreme damage to the one that destroyed them. Each sphere that falls the other spheres will gain a severe buff to their damage reduction. If all of there spheres are gone then the concert of effects ends.

Each song's effects are also buffed by an extreme amount while they play each post as they also get louder.

This effect last 15 posts then going on a 30 post cool down

Tier One:
5th Skill: This is going to need a cool down of 5 posts and the protection from other ailments will only last a duration of 3 posts.


Tier Two
1st Skill: You're currently buffing two things in this skill, you can either choose to give both moderates for a larger cool down, or smaller bonuses for a smaller cool down. Up to you. However, a larger cool down will be 5 posts, while a smaller one will be 3. Also, you will only be able to apply the effect once, despite how many songs may be playing.

2nd Skill: Same as above.

4th Skill: Add a three post cool down.


Tier 3
1st Skill: 4 post cool down.

2nd Skill: This will need a duration of 3 posts with a 3 post cool down applied after the effect.

3rd Skill: You're doing two different effects with this skill. Choose between boosting your Blizzard related skills and abilities by a severe amount, or being able to store and loop songs in ice.


Tier Four
1st Skill: 5 post cool down and only this will only apply the healing effect once, regardless of how many songs are being played.

2nd Skill: Doing too much with this skill. You can choose to deal extreme amounts of damage plus another effect, or however you wish to do it, but this will be placed on a 10 post cool down.


Tier 5
1st Skill: If they are immune to time-based or things that cause loss (or complete) of movement, then the Stop effect will not be applied to them.

The spheres will be as durable as a tier three character but will not be able to transfer their durability.

Tier one: Edited to specs




Tier two:

Both of them I chose the longer cool down choice

4th skill: Added the cool down




Tier three:

1st: Added the cool down of 4 posts

2: Edited to specs

3: Choose to buffer ice powers




Tier four:

1st: Edited to specs

2nd: Removed one of the effects and added the cool down




Tier Five:

Acknowledged

Changed it where each sphere that falls the others spheres gain a severe buff to damage reductions.
