Home Advantage: When the Empress is in Land of Dragons, she is able to cast an aura around herself that negates the use of any magic used by anybody foreign to the world (i.e. only citizens of Land of Dragons can use magic).

MP: Any magic cost the Empress need to pay is reduced. When in Land of Dragons, this is amplified.

Range: The range of an ability used by the Empress is increased. When in Land of Dragons, this is amplified.
Increased by: 10% * C |||| 20% * C^2 (LoD)
Damage: Any magical damage dealt by the Empress is increased. When in Land of Dragons, this is amplified.
Increased by: 5% * C |||| 20% * 2(C)
Location: While in the Land of Dragons, the Empress is able to instantly relocate herself to any point within her world. She is able when citizens are in danger and relocate herself to them.
Cool down: 5 - C
Enhancement: While in the Land of Dragons, each stat's tier will increase to the higher tier of a stat she has. This does not affect her Character Tier. If END is Tier 2 and the rest of her stats of Tier 1, they would all be increased to the level of Tier 2 to match it, though her Character Tier would still be 1 despite this.

Reduce the range for the initial form of the base ability to the Imperial City or to something of that nature. As the tree gets more powerful, you can extend the ability's range using skill slots.
