My Heart And Soul
My Heart and Soul: From his chest, Seth brings forth his heart in the form of a majestic sword from his chest. For the intents of spells, the sword is not summoned, merely being pulled from his chest; nor is it an inanimate weapon. However, it is considered his heart, and thus is susceptible to abilities that would affect one’s heart. Using this sword, Seth is able to create a reflective barrier around him which will last until it has reflected something.
Base Ability Cool Down: The summoning of the sword has no cooldown. The secondary ability has a cooldown of 15 posts.
Tier One
Only Mine: The sword can only be utilized in any way by Seth, or those he deems worthy. Any other being who makes constant contact with it will be dealt minor damage, which will increase as long as it is in contact.
Sooner Than Later: Seth’s sword cannot be removed from availability.
Slice: Seth directs the sword to create a swiping motion, causing a beam of energy to go in a straight line, passing through anything in its path until it strikes an enemy or dissipated. The damage starts at moderate, but with a slight decrease for each object it passes through. This ability scales with his STR stat. Cooldown - 2 Posts
The Shift: While the sword is in use, Seth is able to teleport around the field. Cooldown - 3 posts
By My Will: Seth’s cooldowns are decreased by 1 post per tier.
Tier Two
Together As One: When an ally activates a skill or ability, all allied cooldowns are reduced by 1. This is increased by another post if the ally is one of Seth’s Aspects.
Bright Light: Seth strikes the ground, causing a beam of light to strike a target area, dealing moderate damage to a single enemy. The damage is moderately increased if the target is connected to Darkness. Cooldown - 3 Posts
Light Within: All of Seth’s techniques are enhanced by Light energy, providing moderate bonus Light damage to all of his skills.
Dominion of Crystal: Seth is able to passively manipulate any source of glass nearby him within a 50 meter range. This includes shaping and forming the glass to suit his needs, as well as using it to fight with. He can only use as much glass as is available to him, and cannot generate more with this ability. The range increases by an additional 20 per each tier that he has.

While the blade is active, he is able to wield it from a distance, using magic to make it fly around independently and attack as he commands, which will last for 5 posts before returning to his hand.
Base Ability Cool Down: The summoning of the sword itself has no cooldown. The independent flight will last for 5 posts, after which another 4 posts will be required to allow it to fly once more.
Tier One
Only Mine: The sword can only be utilized in any way by Seth, or those he deems worthy. Any other being who attempts to wield it will be dealt minor damage, which will increase as long as it is held.
Sooner Than Later: Seth’s sword cannot be destroyed or banished by any enemy spells/abilities.
Slice: Seth directs the sword to create a swiping motion, causing a beam of energy to go in a straight line, passing through anything in its path until it strikes an enemy or dissipated. The damage starts at moderate, but with a slight decrease for each object it passes through. This ability scales with his STR stat. Cooldown - 2 Posts

By My Will: Seth can absorb the sword back into his body in order to moderately heal himself. This puts his blade out of commission for 3 posts, and the skill for 5.
Tier Two
Lightning Rod of Hate: If Seth is struck by an enemy spell, his cooldowns are reduced by 2.
Bright Light: Seth strikes the ground, causing a beam of light to strike a target area, dealing moderate damage to a single enemy. The damage is increased if the target is connected to Darkness. Cooldown - 3 Posts

It's still vague. I had imagined you would be doing the described with it, but if I just hand you the ability to sculpt giant buildings out of glass because the limits aren't solidly defined then I've made a mistake.

BA: Only Replicas have the ability to affect skill-tress. This includes base abilities along with it.
Tier One:
Sooner Than Later: It is fine to have an immunity, but an immunity to skills and abilities, especially with how vague you made it, is a no go. You'll have to be more specific with what you're being immune to i.e., targeted spells, auras, etc.
Slice: You mentioned it being able to be dissipated. Does it do this after a certain amount of distance or if a person manages to negate/block it.
The Shift: This is going to need a cool down of three posts
Tier Two:
Together as One: You'll only be able to reduce up to two posts of cool downs with this ability.
Bright Light: How much is the damage increased when attacking those aligned with Darkness?
Light Within: You'll only be able to provide a bonus slight damage to your skills, abilities and attacks, simply because that is a huge pool of things you're applying that moderate damage to. If you wish to keep the moderate, you'll need to restrict this to one aspect in the skill.
Dominion of Crystal: 50 meters per tier, plus the flat 50 you already have is a bit much. You'll need to reduce the gain per tier down to 20 meters gained per tier.
Tier One:
