Are they capable of setting the opponent on fire or is it simply burn damage

Edited. They travel a slightly below-average distance because they're weak and travel quickly.

They wouldn't be able to set someone on fire, but they probably could light someone's clothes or something. Nothing harmful beyond burn damage, the rest is just flavor. Not sure if I need to edit this in though, since it's clarification.
