my 2nd time at this "skill tree"

so this is what i understand about skill trees.
1 its made for your person only not their stuff
2 it has a base ability that makes me fill like an idiot because i cant think of one
3 its what your person can do without all their stuff
EX teloport
4 something with heart elements

In BAD need of a detailed help i have read the stuff on it got confused
