First Round: Serenae vs Storm Sky
Summer Tournament, Round One.
Location: Keyblade Graveyard; Seat of War
Conditions: Late of Afternoon; Clear and Windy

“If the participants would please pick heads or tails, kupo!~” the fluttering moogle would say, flipping a small coin into the air.

[Storm Sky]

[Serenae]

"Tails is just fine with me," Serenae said, eying Storm. This should be an interesting fight, considering how well they knew each other.

[Community Moogle]

The moogle eyed the coin as it descended and caught it when it came into reach with a rather nonchalant sweep of its arm, turning the coin on to the back of it's hand. Sometimes, a moogle has to act cool, too. Ya feel? Slipping its hand off, it revealed the side in which the coin had laid.

"Tails, kupo!~ Play it coo', yo. Peace." With that, the fluttering creature blinked from sight, gone in a sparkling blip of warped energy.

[Serenae]

Serenae won the coin toss. That meant it was her move first. She summoned her Blossom of Dusk and quickly jumped backwards, firing blasting three Firaza attacks at Storm. As she did so, she took to the air, flying at an angle upwards as she moved backwards, away from Storm.

[Storm Sky]

Storm was forced to think quick, melding into his own shadow, avoiding the Firaza attacks. He jumped back out of it, and noticed Serenae's shadow. He smiled, raising her shadow, which was almost a carbon copy of her. He proceeded to split it into 3. These clones had every spell, every stat that Serenae had. They began to float to the same hieght as Serenae, each summoning a copy of her keyblade. They then all rushed her at the same time, throwing slashes, stabs, and Firaza attacks from every direction. It was time to make this interesting.

Storm melded into the ground, dodging Serenae's fireball attacks. Upon resurfacing, he drew her own shadow away from her and then split it into three nearly photo realistic versions of herself. The three shadows rushed her with a series of attacks, too many for her to immediately counter. She activated Aura Pulse, sending all three of the shadows flying back and creating a large flash bulb effect in the air, one that would be bright enough to temporarily blind Storm if he was looking at her at the time, as well as all of his shadows, denying him vision from any of them for the next few seconds.

Thinking quickly, she portalled herself behind Storm, activating her Ignite effect, and aimed a harsh kick to his back while he was blinded. She was hoping to knock him over. Upon contact with him, her Ignite effect would apply a stack of itself, causing a painful tendril of fire to snake around Storm's body and make it physically painful to move. Serenae would follow that up immediately after by creating a powerful barrier spell, locking her and Storm inside.
