Summer Tournament, Round Three
Location: Twilight Town; Station Plaza
Conditions: Sunset; Partly Cloudy and Foggy

“If the participants would please pick heads or tails, kupo!~” the fluttering moogle would say, flipping a small coin into the air.

"I'll take heads."

[Seth Vicens]

"Then I suppose I will be taking tails."

[Community Moogle]

The moogle nodded in understanding and caught the coin as it fell with an air of cool confidence. Any cooler, and it would need a pair of shades. Slapping it onto the back of his hand, the fluttering creature revealed the result of the coin to the two combatants before it.

"The coin has landed on head, kupo~ The good man Dominick has the first move, kupo~ Good luck!" With that being said, the moogle gave them a cool nod of the head, a laid-back salute, and then disappeared into a shimmering patch of warped space.

[Community Moogle]

The moogle returned to the field in a glimmering patch of warped space, calmly fluttering beside the blue-haired man. With a hand raised in his direction, the moogle made it's announcement. "This concludes the third round of this bracket. Combatant Seth has been declared the winner due to his opponent's lack of initiative, kupo!~ Congratulations!"
